Some information from Achill Tourism office on latest accommodation availability for the ROAR weekend has just been posted HERE
This year we will have a BYO (Bring Your Own) Option with the kayaking leg if you wish - Mainly double and a few single sit on top kayaks will be provided also if you do not wish to bring your own boat - you just team up with a friend or whoever arrives at the water at the same time as you. We anticipate that most will avail of the double sit-on top kayaks we will provide Full event instructions will be e-mailed to all participants on Tues 7th once we have closed on-line entry - in the interim checkout the FAQ and Race Info Tabs as most queries are there! A team of qualified massage therapists will at the event and available for post event massage, at 10euro per person(lasting approx 10mins) if you want to avail of this. Post event massage will aid recovery by reducing fatigue and soreness, eliminating toxins and relaxing muscles We Look Forward to another ROARing Success for all in 2010
